Glass Half Full

Lumpy lived up to the hype and won his race debut tonight. It also marks the first time Jamie has won with a first-time starter after going 0 for 23. This time of year, it's wise to take your time with 2 year-olds. As such, it will likely be at least a month before we see him on the track again.
Not all went well tonight. Down in Iowa, we claimed a horse - Tiz Stormin for $25k (split w/ Jagger). He did not run as well as his form would suggest. Looks like we may have our hands full with this one. We've got 3 more runners this weekend who will hopefully get some of that money back for us.
